The essentials
- Export requires a suitable wallet and an eligible item.
- Verify the address and operation before every signature.
- Confirm on-chain ownership rather than relying on artwork.
Export changes how the gift is controlled
Moving a collectible gift onto the TON blockchain lets you hold it in a wallet and use services supporting those items. Responsibility for keys and signatures becomes especially important. A gift displayed on a profile, an upgraded collectible and an item held in your blockchain wallet are different states. Export may be unnecessary if your only goal is displaying it in Telegram. Do not start because an unknown site promises a “free bonus”; identify your own reason for moving it first.

Prepare a suitable wallet
Use a TON wallet that supports receiving and displaying the relevant collectibles. Confirm that you control the address and know how to restore access without sharing secrets. Do not export a gift to an exchange deposit address or another service unless it explicitly supports that NFT: supporting the coin does not mean supporting collectibles. Network operations may require the native GRAM coin. Check expenses in the current confirmation and keep a reserve rather than exhausting the balance.
Check whether export is available
Open the collectible gift in your profile. Telegram describes a route through the transfer action and sending via blockchain. Pay attention to the export availability date: an item may already be collectible without being eligible for export yet. Transfer, resale and export dates need not match. The documented withdrawal-link flow requires two-step verification password confirmation. Enter it only in Telegram’s genuine interface for a process you initiated, never send it to a supposed support employee in chat.
Follow the Fragment flow you initiated
The standard export flow leads to processing the item through Fragment. Verify the domain and that the operation concerns your selected gift. Connecting a wallet does not require entering its recovery phrase. Read any additional terms before continuing; service availability and requirements can vary. Avoid advertising clones and buyer-supplied links. If the service is unavailable, postpone the transfer rather than seek a “mirror” where you might enter account information.
Example: checking the destination
Imagine you have an everyday wallet and another for your collection. Before exporting, open the intended wallet, copy its address and compare it with the destination shown in the Fragment flow. The application may be the same while the selected accounts differ. Verify the network and complete address through an available method, not merely the wallet’s display name. If uncertain, cancel preparation and select the account again. A gift cannot be divided into a tiny test transfer, making destination checks particularly important.
Inspect the operation before signing
Before confirming, check the item, destination wallet, possible charges and purpose of the signature. Do not transfer other NFTs or approve an unexpected amount for “activation.” If the wallet shows an unclear action, stop and seek an explanation in official documentation. Do not expect a completed blockchain transfer to have a normal undo button. After signing, wait for the result and save the transaction identifier when available. Signing again because the interface is slow is not a universal way to speed processing.
Verify ownership on-chain
After export, locate the gift in your wallet and inspect its address, collection and owner in a TON explorer. Artwork may load later, so a missing image alone does not establish a loss. The item record and owner matching your address are what matter. Save the verified item link. Do not confuse Telegram display with blockchain ownership; presentation may follow separate rules. For a later sale, follow the chosen marketplace’s instructions instead of automatically applying the internal Stars-market workflow.
If the gift does not appear
Start with the operation history and the selected wallet account. Check whether export completed and the app’s indexer has updated. If an explorer already shows your address as owner, the issue may be display-related; if the operation is incomplete, inspect its status before repeating actions. Keep the gift link, destination address and transaction identifier for support. Public data still deserves care when choosing whom to contact, and nobody needs your recovery phrase even to investigate a complicated error.
Tidy up after export
Once ownership is verified, save the item link and note which wallet now holds it. If the marketplace connection is no longer needed, review wallet connections and disconnect unnecessary ones. That does not reverse the completed operation or automatically return the gift to Telegram. Avoid publishing your whole portfolio to prove one transfer, as it may reveal unnecessary links between assets. A personal record only needs the exact item, destination and outcome.
